Brainworks is partnered with a consumer goods manufacturer looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive compensation, benefits, and HRIS strategy. In this high- impact role, you’ll design and optimize total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent — while ensuring compliance, equity, and operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, lead a talented team, and manage systems and data to support people and business decisions.
Priorities:
- Lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, wellness, and rewards strategies
- Oversee annual comp cycles: merit, bonus, equity, promotions, and market adjustments
- Ensure internal equity, competitive positioning, and compliance
- Drive benefits strategy and vendor management
- Manage and optimize HRIS platforms and analytics
- Partner with executive and HR leadership to align rewards with business goals
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in compensation, benefits, and HRIS leadership
- Strong analytical, systems, and strategy experience
Compensation:
- $200k – $240k base salary + bonus
- Relocation package offered
