We’re retained by a top destination attraction in the Dallas market seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing.

This role will sit at the center of the business—owning revenue growth, attendance strategy, partnerships, brand positioning, and the overall commercial vision for a premier experiential venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue & Commercial Strategy

  • Lead pricing, positioning, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and performance reporting
  • Utilize analytics and market insights to improve ROI and commercial effectiveness

Sales Leadership

  • Drive group, corporate, sponsorship, and partnership revenue growth
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting process
  • Personally lead strategic business development and high-value partnership efforts
  • Develop a metrics-driven, high-performance sales culture

Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Oversee integrated marketing efforts across digital, social, paid media, CRM, and events
  • Lead campaign strategy, brand development, and creative execution
  • Optimize website, ticketing, and e-commerce performance
  • Manage agency, media, and public relations relationships

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to maximize guest experience and revenue opportunities
  • Leverage competitive intelligence and consumer insights to shape strategy

Ideal Background

  • 8+ years of experience leading sales and/or marketing functions within attractions, hospitality, entertainment, experiential, or related consumer-facing industries
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and consumer engagement
  • Strong leadership and commercial acumen with a hands-on, builder mentality
  • Experience securing partnerships and managing integrated marketing initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with strong digital and financial fluency
