Our client, a growing consumer goods company and a leader in its category, is seeking an eCommerce Manager, Amazon, to lead and manage their Amazon business. This role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of their Amazon presence while partnering and collaborating with internal and external key stakeholders to deliver strong sales results and achieve growth goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with the Director of eCommerce to execute short- and long-term strategies that drive Amazon growth objectives and Champion internal alignment with key stakeholders to drive account growth through new product development, differentiated assortments, and enhanced marketing investments.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Amazon partners—both internal and external—overseeing all elements of listing optimization, forecasting, promotional planning, pricing, and inventory management to ensure sales and share growth.
- Generate regular reports that track key performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Streamline account operations by establishing repeatable processes, resolving item availability issues, auditing pricing, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines to maintain a high-performing, sustainable marketplace presence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience working in eCommerce Sales and Marketing
- Must have Amazon experience with proficiency in Amazon Marketing and strong project management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, strong analytical abilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a continuous improvement mindset
