Position Overview

A well-established law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Estate Administration Attorney to advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and estate administration matters. The attorney will work closely with clients, fiduciaries, and financial and tax advisors to develop tailored strategies for wealth transfer and generational planning.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement wills, trusts, and other sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on wealth preservation, estate and gift tax planning, and multigenerational wealth transfer.
• Counsel clients on business succession and asset protection strategies.
• Manage estate and trust administration, including fiduciary matters, accountings, asset transfers, and distributions.
• Advise executors, trustees, and beneficiaries on their rights and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active license to practice in the applicable state.
• Experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, and/or estate administration.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills.
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and families preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client service.
