BrainWorks has been retained by a large global consumer product manufacturer for a new Finance Manager role. We are seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive finance and accounting, with focus on product, sales, pricing, supply chain, and manufacturing variances and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Work collaboratively to create and implement processes and tools used for improved financial and strategic planning, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
•Assist in the development and execution of strategic and operational plans and measure results that drives the business’ long-range financial and business plan
•Analyze competitors and market trends to lead the team in generating strategic and tactical recommendations in support of business objectives; quantifies opportunities and risks and recommends alternatives

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred
• Experience in manufacutring industry preferred
• SAP and Hyperion proficiency preferred
• Strong FP&A experience required
• 5+ years of progressively responsible financial analysis experience
