The Opportunity:

Our client is hiring two Finance Specialists to play a key role in financial operations, data analysis, and client engagement. This position offers hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and process improvement while supporting the backbone of the company’s financial activities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the monthly billing process for customers, including trend analysis and reconciliations.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analytics) to analyze financial data.
  • Assist in month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly invoices for up to 200 customers.
  • Support stop-loss reporting, aggregate reporting, and cash management functions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems for consortiums and cooperatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements, streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years in finance or accounting preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel proficiency required (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and efficiency in handling financial data.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to streamline processes and improve workflows.
