JOB SUMMARY:

A leading global organization within the manufacturing industry is urgently hiring a Global Finance Integration & Reporting Consultant to spearhead several global acquisitions and handle SEC financial reporting. The ideal candidate will serve as a PMO with global integrations and must be comfortable working cross functionally with other departments including financial reporting, tax, treasury and audit.

Candidates must be commutable to King of Prussia, PA 1-2 days a week!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage integration process of several global entities.
  • Develop and implement acquisition SOP/playbook, covering diligence through integration.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements, including 10-Q filings.
  • Work cross-functionally, managing meetings and collaboration across departments.
  • Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, Global Controller, and Head of Technical Accounting to ensure successful integration and audit support.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with SEC regulations.
  • Liaison between Global Controller and Head of Technical Accounting and SEC reporting
  • Support Investor relations.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide technical accounting support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Global M&A integrations experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting and M&A financial consulting, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with global operations.
