Overview:

We are seeking a Government Contract & Pricing Consultant to assist with the establishment of basic infrastructure to compete for federal government business. This project is focused on developing a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and supporting government contracting efforts for a leading supplier of data, cloud-based technology, and expert scientific/analytics services. If you’re experienced in federal contracting and ready to take on a key role in this process, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Government and Clinical Research teams to define products and services and establish a pricing schedule to be offered to federal government agencies.
  • Develop the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) based on the company’s products, services, profit margin, and market positioning. The MAS is the primary deliverable.
  • Support teams by responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Capability Statements as needed.
  • Collaborate to ensure all pricing and contracts are compliant with federal government standards and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 6+ years of experience with government contract management and MAS development from scratch
  • Knowledge of government pricing, proposal processes, and federal regulations
