The individual will be responsible for developing and managing a strong pipeline of new products through strategic portfolio management, innovation execution, and collaboration with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a consumer-driven, insight-led strategy for new product launches in the U.S. market, aligning global ideas with local consumer needs.
- Oversee the full stage-gate process for innovation, including evaluating opportunities based on category dynamics, competitive landscape, commercial viability, timelines, and budget considerations.
- Serve as a key liaison across departments, managing communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Manage the U.S. product portfolio, including SKU optimization and renovation initiatives in collaboration with insights, sales, and supply chain teams.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in the CPG industry with a strong track record in innovation and new product development.
- Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and negotiation.
- Proficient in Design Thinking and experienced in U.S. retail and consumer markets.
- Background in launching consumer products via retail channels—experience in food & beverage preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working across global teams and managing competing priorities.
- Passionate about high-quality food and motivated by purpose-driven work.
