Qualifications / Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Loyalty & Segmentation Strategy.
- Experience with direct-to-consumer business.
- Previous experience managing and developing a CRM / loyalty team.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to tell stories with data and highlight actionable insights.
- Experience / Knowledge with CRM/loyalty marketing technology ideally with programmatic personalization at scale.
- Strong results orientation with a test/learn mentality.
- Strong collaborator that has proven success in building highly functional cross functional relationships across the business and with outside partners.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project/program management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Customer focused with a passion for well-being and healthy living.
