Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the OCS channel and expand market share.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive expansion into new markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure operational alignment.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and key performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred with 10+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG industries.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and leading teams.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
