What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management
- Translate business priorities into actionable, people-focused strategies
- Serve as a bridge between leadership and the People & Talent function
Talent Management & Development
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and ongoing check-ins
- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning efforts
- Partner with leaders to address skill gaps and foster career development
Employee Relations
- Provide thoughtful, timely guidance on employee relations matters
- Foster a culture rooted in trust, transparency, and inclusion
- Proactively identify and address engagement or team dynamic risks
Organizational Effectiveness
- Support leaders through change, growth, and team evolution
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
- Leverage people data to inform decisions around hiring, retention, and team design
HR Programs & Compliance
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure compliance across a multi-state workforce
- Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and programs
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including experience in an HRBP or senior HR generalist capacity
- Background in professional services, agency, or technology environments preferred
- Strong expertise in employee relations and multi-state HR practices
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence mid-to-senior level leaders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication skills and comfort navigating complex conversations
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus
