BrainWorks Human Resources Search is partnered with a manufacturing company for their Human Resources Business Partner (Manager) vacancy.
Position Overview:
As Human Resources Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in driving people strategy and aligning business objectives with employees and management.
Priorities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future business objectives and develop HR strategies to support these objectives.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Partner with management to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
Compensation:
- $125k- $135k+ bonus
