BrainWorks HR Search is partnered with a local manufacturer for their Human Resources Manager vacancy.
This role will play a visible, hands-on role supporting an energized and collaborative plant environment.
Working closely with the Plant Manager, this individual will be the key connection point between employees, leadership, and corporate HR, while driving engagement, supporting talent acquisition, and helping maintain a culture rooted in respect, trust, and accountability.
This is a relationship-driven position, perfect for a professional who thrives on visibility, connection, and meaningful impact across the plant floor.
Responsibilities include:
- Employee relations and engagement – maintain visibility and address employee concerns
- Talent acquisition and onboarding – partner with leadership to recruit talent
- Training & Development – collaboration with Plant Manager to identify learning needs
- Culture initiatives and communication – champion a workplace for healthy, high-performing culture
- HR Operations and Compliance – administer performance reviews, time and attendance, and policy implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- +4 years human resources related experience
