Brainworks is partnered with a local manufacturer to hire an Human Resources Shared Services Manager. In this high-impact, on-site role, you’ll lead a team of three and oversee HR Operations, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and the full employee lifecycle. You’ll drive service excellence, streamline processes, and manage key HR systems and integrations.

Priorities:

  • Managing daily operations and team performance across HR, Payroll, and Benefits functions
  • Driving process improvements and supporting employee self-service tools
  • Ensuring smooth execution of systems and programs across the employee lifecycle
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient service
  • Monitoring KPIs and leading improvement initiatives
  • Supporting system upgrades, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Managing governance contracts
  • Digitizing processes

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years managing HR operations, including payroll oversight
  • Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits and HR systems
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel internationally 2–3 times per year
