We’re partnering with a well-established global manufacturer to hire an Human Resources Specialist for their new plant in Oshkosh, WI. This is a unique opportunity to get in at the ground level as the U.S. team grows.
As an Human Resources Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure to international HR practices. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to grow their career with a company that’s been thriving for over 30 years.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administering payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation
- Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to help grow a strong and capable team
- Coordinating benefits administration and providing employee support as needed
- Facilitating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
- Contributing to HR projects and driving process improvements across key areas
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of human resources experience or exposure (internships, co-ops, or entry-level HR roles welcome)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Interest in growing within a global, fast-paced environment
