A leading global organization in the services industry is urgently hiring within their accounting team for a Client Account Associate. The associate will be responsible for collaborating with large-scale customers, reconciling payment discrepancies, working with payment portals, identifying/escalating issues and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate must possess strong customer service skills along with professional or education experience within the accounting/business or related field.
The company is also open to recent graduates looking to start their careers and gain experience working with a reputable, growing and stable organization. Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining, analyzing, identifying and reconciling payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with large-scale customers.
- Utilize your computer skills by working with various software programs including MS Excel.
- Responsible for Spread Entry, Manual-based Retail Credits and Write-offs.
- Escalate issues to the right department.
- Cash Application and supporting the Accounts Receivable inbox.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to business improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Experience in accounting or similar customer-oriented roles preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues
