Interim Cash Applications Specialist

Work Location: Hybrid in Duluth, GA (Monday & Wednesday in-office)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months (possible extension or conversion)
Hourly Rate: $30-32/HR

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in cash applications and AR
  • Experience managing an AR aging report and building a case for collections
  • Experience in a high volume, multi-entity environment utilizing multiple systems
  • Experience with inter-company cash transactions
  • Intermediate Excel Skills including the ability to create pivot tables and use lookups functions from scratch
  • General understanding of AR accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with Navision or Cietrade
  • Experience working in the recycling industry
