One of our top Private Equity clients is seeking an Interim CFO to support a $65M healthcare services portfolio company. This person should come with a strong background in overseeing both corporate accounting and finance, as well as having experience in M&A in a PE-backed healthcare environment. This experience should post-close accounting activities and professionalization of an accounting & finance department.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Accounting & Finance experience
• 5+ year of direct leadership (VP / Executive level) experience in Healthcare Services
• Multiple years of experience at a leadership level in a PE backed healthcare services company of at least $30M in revenue
• Experience with acquisitions and integrating the acquired company
• Experience with working capital and opening balance sheet activities in a post-close acquisition environment
• Experience leading a team of 5+ in Finance and Accounting
• Experience leading through an audit (ideally a post-close audit)
• Experience leading through change and professionalizing an accounting & finance department
• Solid Excel skills including the use of pivot tables, lookups and some modeling techniques
• Experience with Great Plains (or other mid/large ERP systems)

Nice to have:

• Experience in behavioral healthcare
• Experience in public accounting and a CPA
• Experience with multi-site healthcare facilities, including complex entity structures and eliminations
• Experience with PowerBI
