Interim Collections Specialist
Work Location: Hybrid in Parsippany, NJ (Tuesday & Thursday in-office)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months (possible extension or conversion)
Hourly Rate: $30-32/HR
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in B2B collections
- Experience managing an AR aging report and building a case for collections
- High volume collections experience
- Experience in handling 50+ inbound and outbound touchpoints per week
- Intermediate Excel Skills including the ability to create pivot tables and use lookups functions from scratch
- General understanding of AR accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Navision or Cietrade
- Experience working in the recycling industry
