Interim Director Accounting (SaaS)

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (potential for extension or conversion)
Location: Fully remote (HQ in Mountain Time)
Target Hourly Rate: $75-80/HR

Our client, a forward-thinking organization in the midst of a leadership transition, is in search of highly skilled interim accounting support. Your expertise will be crucial in carrying forward the corporate accounting functions through year-end and supporting the upcoming financial audit.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 8+ years of progressive experience, including 3+ years of SaaS industry Accounting Manager, Director or Controller experience with companies ranging from $25-150M in revenue
• Experience with a SaaS model that includes both traditional SaaS and also delivery/solutions services
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and a history of being a great communicator
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, adaptable to a start-up/growth stage environment
• Proficiency in managing external audits
• Previous experience with Quickbooks Online

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience in the SaaS industry, particularly within service-based companies
• Previous experience working remotely
• Previous experience with Ramp and/or Maxio
