Interim Senior AP Specialist
📍 Fully Remote
💵 $30-32/hour DOE

We’re working with a growing company in the healthcare industry that is looking to bring on an Interim Senior AP Specialist to assist through a period of transition involving a system conversion and accounting clean-up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in a NetSuite environment who enjoys ownership of their assigned AP functions and working in a fast pace, high volume position. There is potential for this position to convert to a permanent role in the future, as the company continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ownership of the full cycle AP process for assigned tasks
  • Processing a high volume of weekly invoices for proper GL coding and payment
  • Matching the invoice to the PO or Requisition and following up on discrepancies
  • Other AP duties as necessary

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 1+ year of direct, recent experience using NetSuite
  • 1+ years of recent experience working in a fully remote, high volume environment
  • Experience in the healthcare provider or services industry (highly preferred), or within complex manufacturing or software/technology environments
  • Intermediate Excel skills
