What You Will Do
As a Service Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR), you’ll take ownership of prospecting, lead generation, and closing new commercial preventive maintenance agreements. This is a highly autonomous, hunter-style role focused on building new relationships through cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and industry events. Once a deal is closed, you’ll transition the account to an internal manager and begin the next opportunity.

- Acts as a professional, reliable point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Comfortable navigating changing situations and adjusting strategy as needed.
- Brings a creative, solutions-focused mindset to customer challenges.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage a large pipeline of prospects at various stages.
- Confident in addressing objections and resolving conflict in a way that strengthens relationships.
