The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing and forecasting financial operations to inform strategic decisions and improve overall business performance. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis while contributing to key strategic initiatives across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage rolling forecasts and annual budgets, incorporating monthly actual results.
  • Analyze financial performance and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Consolidate and evaluate financial/operational models for business units.
  • Support senior management with actionable insights through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.
  • Design and improve financial reports to enhance data visualization and clarity.
  • Lead business modeling efforts for new ventures, expansions, and M&A activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency.
  • Foster cost-conscious practices across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions to support company growth.
  • Drive system enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to support financial and operational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial statements and operational metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and interactive reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, SQL, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Executive presence with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
