About the Role:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Controller for our Greenville, PA location. This key financial role will partner with Site Operations to drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in cost manufacturing, with a strong background in operations process improvement within a manufacturing environment. Experience in leading cost initiatives and supporting month- and quarter-end close processes is essential, along with a track record of process improvements and automation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual costing update and monitor monthly performance.
  • Track and report on key manufacturing KPIs, advising Site Management on trends and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on SAP governance and internal control.
  • Manage the month-end process to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Coordinate financial and operating results reporting, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a solid foundation in manufacturing accounting.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial data sets
