If you have 3+ years of experience and want to do good work with a work-life balance this could be a great fit. If you have a small to medium book of business the firm is looking for growth. If you want to develop a book of business this would be the place. The firm is interested in building the Pittsburgh office with more practice areas to come. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with broad spectrum of commercial finance matters
- Looking for experience level 4+ years of drafting, negotiation, and structuring commercial financial transactions.
- Experience with lenders, lessors, venture capital groups, investors and borrowers
- Knowledge of restructuring and workout for creditors is a plus
- Proven due diligence experience analyzing documents and agreements in an efficient manner
