We’re working with a mission-driven organization seeking a part-time Payroll Analyst to support their finance team through a period of transition. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable jumping in and keeping payroll operations running smoothly as the team scales down over the coming months.
What You’ll Do:
- Support payroll processing for a workforce starting at ~200 employees, scaling down to ~10 by early 2026
- Assist key team members through November
- Ensure timely and accurate severance payouts and ongoing payroll operations
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience (200+ employees)
- Hands-on experience with ADP
- Severance payout experience
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-state payroll
Details:
- 24-40/hrs per week
- Fully remote
