Position Overview:
As an Plant HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Your focus will be on driving business solutions, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering leadership development. You will also address employee relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full employee life cycle such as engagement, retention, performance management, and employee relations
- Succession planning and workforce development
- Lead organizational design and change management
- Drive leadership development by planning, delivering, and coaching programs that support leadership growth.
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers on performance, grievance, and disciplinary issues to foster a productive work environment.
- Enhance HR effectiveness by identifying opportunities to improve policies, practices, and processes in collaboration with HR teams.
- Generate people insights through data analysis to inform HR reports and business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Bachelors Degree in HR, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- MUST HAVE experience within manufacturing.
Compensation:
- Up to $90k base + bonus package
