Our client, a global leader in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on sustainability and healthy ingredients has retained our practice to place a multi site Plant Manager. This exciting role, a key member of the Plant Operations Team reporting to the Executive Vice President, Manufacturing will be based onsite in Indianapolis, IN with relocation assistance available if needed. They will oversee daily plant operations at the functional and departmental levels inclusive of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and employee development. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a technical field a plus.
• 12+ years of increasingly responsible manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• 10+ years of direct production management experience.
• Must have high speed packaging experience (ex: 2,500 per minute).
• Plant output responsibility in excess of $200MM leading teams of over 200.
• Participative leadership style-Collaborative, positive, friendly, confident, problem solving and relationship driven personality
