Used & Aftermarket Paving Equipment Specialist-North Atlanta

Company & Position Overview:

BrainWorks is working with a fast growing $2.5B+ dealer of heavy-duty industrial equipment representing the #1 brand globally in their industry. They are adding a key new role to be the “right hand person” of the Director of Paving (25+ year of expertise / subject matter expert). They will support new and current business initiatives including Sales, Service and Rental of all Paving Products along with spearheading the companies used / aftermarket program. The focus of the job will be to support the Director of Paving in building customer relationships, quoting sales calls and inventory management and lead the resale of used and aftermarket products. Competitive compensation with quarterly bonus, truck program and profit share with strong career growth potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales force in promoting and demonstration of all paving products to our entire customer base in North Georgia.
  • Develop the paving rebuild program with product support leadership, forecasting both in-state and out-of-state rebuild opportunities.
  • Develop the used paving products market in Georgia, then throughout the United States.
  • Develop and manage standards for used paving equipment inspections, pricing, and trade offerings.
  • Provide superior product support consultation and up-time solutions with paving contractors.
  • Point of contact for all Paving service and parts related issues
  • Manage paving demonstrations.
  • Point of contact for paving product suppliers.
  • Ability to travel and entertain large customers as required.
  • Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
  • Ability to travel across customer base in the metro Atlanta area 50%+
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, supervisory experience, and time management preferred
