Valued Client Seeking Experienced Real Estate Attorneys (Associates & Partners) in the DC area
We are working with a distinguished client in search of talented Real Estate Attorneys (3+ years of experience) to support a diverse portfolio of domestic and international real estate clients.
This opportunity is open to both:
- Associates (no book of business required) $200K to $300K
- Partners with an existing portable practice $350K+

The ideal candidate will have experience across several of the following areas:
- Project Financing – Structuring and securing financing for real estate transactions, including complex capital stacks.
- Real Estate Private Equity – Formation and structuring of real estate funds, with a focus on federal and state tax credit programs used for debt subsidization.
- Environmental Regulations – Advising on regulatory compliance related to commercial and industrial development.
- Commercial Leasing – Drafting and negotiating leases for commercial and industrial spaces.
- Development Projects – Representing developers and co-investors in acquisitions and developments across various asset classes, including:
- Healthcare
- Senior Housing
- Affordable/Low-Income Housing
- Construction & Lease Agreements – Negotiating construction contracts and commercial leases for office and mixed-use properties.
