REMOTE ATTORNEY RECRUITER
POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a licensed attorney or law school graduate with some prior sales experience and an entrepreneurial spirit? If so, you may want to consider a career in attorney recruiting with BrainWorks. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our remote attorney recruiting team. This role offers the opportunity to elevate your career by learning to be an attorney recruiter from industry veterans in a supportive, collegial environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will work closely with the senior practice leader to proactively recruit attorney candidates.
- Conduct cold and warm calls to identify and engage potential attorney candidates.
- Work closely with practice leader and marketing team to execute marketing outreach projects
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top legal talent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- JD Degree preferred
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- No recruiting experience required, prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
