As Sales Director, you will own the strategy, execution, and leadership of a high-performing sales team that brings our mission to life for new customers. You’ll set ambitious goals, lead from the front, and close complex deals—while coaching your team to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define sales plans, quotas, and forecasting aligned to company growth targets.
    • Drive consistent execution of a repeatable, scalable sales motion.
    • Team Development
    • Recruit, onboard, and mentor top sales talent.
    • Instill a culture of accountability, recognition, urgency and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting Sales Execution
    • Personally lead executive-level engagements on high-value opportunities.
    • Navigate complex buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Align with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer journeys.
    • Share feedback from the field to shape product strategy and messaging.
  • Metrics & Reporting Expertise
    • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and revenue reporting.
    • Analyze team performance to identify improvement opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 6–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Strong coaching and talent development skills.
  • Experience selling to mid-market buyers.
  • Strategic acumen with ability to design and execute sales plans.
  • Data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Excellent negotiation and executive relationship skills.
  • Resilience, drive, and passion for our client’s mission.
  • Willingness to travel for key meetings and events as needed.

  • Annual recurring revenue growth.
  • Team quota attainment.
  • New logo acquisition.
  • Sales cycle velocity and forecast accuracy.
