Seeking a Senior Associate Banking Litigation with 4+ years of experience in the banking and financial services area. This position can sit in White Plains NY or Philadelphia, PA. Work is plentiful and the firm offers work life balance with 1750 to 1800 billables and great compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with broad spectrum of commercial finance litigation matters
- Knowledge of banking and mortgage servicers and class actions
- Experience with lenders, lessors, venture capital groups, investors and borrowers
- Ability to take and defend depositions
- Strong writing and communication skills with good academic credentials
- Must have a NY bar license, CT, or PA.
