Our client, a fast-growing company located in the Atlanta area is looking for a Senior BI Analyst. This is a pivotal role in driving sales by harnessing the power of data and analytics. By analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and historical sales data, you will provide actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales analytics.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in Power BI development, including creating and managing dashboards and reports, developing data models, and implementing DAX queries to derive insights.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for streamlining sales processes and automating workflows within the construction equipment industry.
• Advanced Excel automation skills, including the use of VBA for creating macros and automating complex data tasks.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation, enabling the translation of complex data into actionable insights for sales teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Adept at presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendations.
