Responsibilities Include:
- Act as brand ambassador internally and externally, championing the company’s mission.
- Build and execute annual brand activation plans, including tactics, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead packaging, pricing, promotion, and product strategy initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and brand performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and adjust plans as needed.
- Develop compelling presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on creative development and campaigns.
- Partner with Sales to plan and execute retail programs across key channels.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred with 7+ years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing within consumer goods.
- Demonstrated success in driving brand growth and leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a growth mindset.
