The Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Executive Recruiter with 8+ years of experience to lead high-impact search engagements. You’ll work directly with clients to identify and place senior-level talent, leveraging BrainWorks’ proprietary tools and deep industry expertise—all from a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive search engagements
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior-level roles
- Present qualified candidates with market insights and assessments
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive results
What You Bring
- 8+ years of executive search or senior-level recruiting experience
- Proven success placing leadership talent across industries
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Experience with private equity-backed or Fortune 500 clients is a plus
