The Company is a fast-growing, profitable, $200MM, B2B services business.
With and established and growing customer base, strong services offerings, and recent growth capital through one of the largest and well-regarded, middle market, private equity fund. the business is well positioned to scale quickly and looking to bring on board a strong, hands-on Senior Financial Analyst or Manager FP&A to report to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages to the Board of Directors and lending institutions, including variance analysis and KPIs and covenant reports.
- Lead the preparation and continuous update of the 13-week cash flow model, including weekly reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate the development of the annual budget process across all departments and assist with quarterly forecast updates.
- Support the CFO in preparing materials and financial analysis for board meetings, lender updates, and investor communications.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and operational initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance by business location, customer segment; identifying trends and opportunities for margin improvement.
- Support M&A activities including due diligence, integration modeling and synergy tracking.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial data and key assumptions.
- Enhance financial models, processes, and tools to support better forecasting, cash management, budgets and business insight.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis
- Proven experience with bank reporting, cash flow modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills are required;
- Familiarity with financial systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau) is required.
