FP&A Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

We’re partnering with a growing healthcare technology organization looking to add an FP&A Analyst to its Finance team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career FP&A professional looking to build on their experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and business partnership.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical foundation, some hands-on FP&A experience, and an interest in growing within a collaborative, fully remote team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast and help identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and operational reporting
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
• Support variance analysis, ROI/cost-benefit analysis, and business-case development
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and provide financial insights
• Support pricing analysis and other strategic FP&A projects
• Help ensure financial data and reporting are accurate and consistent

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or closely related experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment
• Open to a contract-to-hire opportunity

Preferred/Nice to Have:

• NetSuite experience
• Experience within a SaaS, technology, or recurring-revenue environment
• Healthcare or healthcare technology exposure
• Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar reporting/analytics tools
