Senior Financial Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Fully Remote
$60-65/hour DOE

We’re partnering with a growing healthcare technology organization looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its FP&A team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic financial analysis while partnering with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong FP&A background with SaaS and NetSuite experience and is comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and ongoing financial planning
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational reporting
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards and ad hoc analyses
• Support operational forecasting, including headcount, utilization and other key business drivers
• Perform cost-benefit, ROI and business-case analysis for strategic initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Support pricing analysis and software development/capitalized labor analysis as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 5–10 years of progressive FP&A / financial analysis experience
• 2+ years of SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on NetSuite experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Experience successfully working in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare or healthcare technology experience
• Salesforce, Power BI and/or Tableau
• SaaS metrics, pricing analysis and/or software capitalization experience
• MBA or advanced degree/certification
