Brainworks has partnered with a leading $300 million global packaging company based near Arlington Heights for their newly created Global Human Resources Director, Organizational Effectiveness.

THIS ROLE IS HYBRID (3 days in office per week).

As the Global HR Director of Organizational Effectiveness, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse team of 900 employees worldwide, primarily in non-union manufacturing and supply-chain environments. Reporting directly to the VP Human Resources, you will drive the enhancement of HR practices, focusing on operational efficiency, process excellence, and strategic HR functions.

PRIORITIES INCLUDE:

• Workforce Planning: develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet current and future business needs.
• Talent Management and Development: lead initiatives to manage and develop talent, including post-acquisition integration and development programs.
• HRIS Implementation Project Lead: spearhead the implementation of HRIS systems (UKG) to streamline and enhance HR operations.
• Operational Efficiency: drive continuous improvement in HR processes and project management to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• HR Excellence: oversee and guide key HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a role with a focus on organizational effectiveness and HR strategy
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements
• Partnered or designed Performance Management and Workforce Development initiatives
• Experience in supporting non-union manufacturing and supply-chain teams at some point in HR career
• Experience working within a global company is desirable
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
