Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Greater Miami, FL (In-office with flexibility)

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be the first in-house marketing hire, working directly with the CEO to shape and execute our marketing vision from the ground up. We need someone who is digitally savvy, results-oriented, creative, and not afraid to take risks. You’ll own our performance marketing efforts and drive new business across both B2B and consumer channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned to growth goals, balancing brand and performance marketing.
  • Channel Management: Own and optimize core channels including:
    • SEO & Content Marketing
    • Google Ads / Paid Search
    • Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
    • Email & CRM Marketing
    • Web & Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Campaign Leadership: Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital touchpoints to drive lead generation and sales pipeline.
  • Analytics & ROI: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and funnel metrics; optimize based on insights.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Test bold, unique campaigns to differentiate the company in the logistics space and break through the noise.
  • Website Oversight: Manage website improvements and CRO efforts in partnership with design/dev resources.
  • CRM & Automation: Own our CRM strategy (preferably HubSpot or similar); nurture leads through automated workflows and segmentation.
  • Content Development: Develop or direct creation of B2B content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, etc.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and global teams to align marketing efforts and gather market insights.
  • Agency/Contractor Management: Manage any external vendors or freelancers as needed during the transition in-house.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferred but not required in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries).
  • Strong background in digital performance marketing – you know what moves the needle and where to spend budget wisely.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SEO tools
    • Google Ads / Google Analytics
    • CRM & email marketing tools
    • LinkedIn & Paid Social Ads
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical – you’re comfortable thinking big and getting in the weeds to execute.
  • Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills – you’re not afraid to try new formats or ideas to stand out.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimization and testing.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams and aligning marketing to revenue goals.
  • Highly organized, urgent, driven, and thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
