Sr. Accounting / Finance Analyst

A leading organization in the insurance / employee services industry is urgently hiring within their Finance team for an Accounting/Finance Analyst. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong finance or accounting background who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with large data sets, conducting analysis, reconciliations, thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are looking to join a reputable growing company.
The Accounting/Finance Analyst will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with large data sets. Applicants must be commutable to Lititz, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Work extensively with large data sets, analyzing financial transactions related to stop-loss and aggregate claims.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accurate accounting procedures to support financial operations.
• Process financial reports for clients and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee monthly invoicing for clients, reconciling against carrier invoicing.
• Manage stop-loss and aggregate claims processing with insurance carriers.
• Support accounts receivable and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Assist with the internal audit process and maintain workflow consistency.
• Participate in special projects as needed, contributing to process improvements.
