BrainWorks is partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Augusta, GA area to hire a Senior Human Resources Manager. As the Senior HR Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key areas of the business, supporting 700+ employees and leading a team of three. This hands-on role blends big-picture talent strategy with day-to-day HR leadership responsibilities—including employee relations, workforce planning, recruiting, and driving employee engagement—ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with company goals and executed effectively.
PRIORITIES:
- Partner with senior leaders to guide HR initiatives around organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development efforts to ensure the right talent is in place for current and future needs.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and continuous learning through targeted programs and initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, ensure consistent policy implementation, and uphold legal and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- Base salary up to $160K + 15% bonus (depending on experience)
- $19k relocation package
- Hybrid
