Are you a highly motivated, analytical self-starter with experience in eCommerce and retail digital shelf? Our client, a best-in-class consulting partner to premier CPG brands is seeking a Team Leader to oversee content syndication and workflow optimization with retail partners, while also managing a team of specialists.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead content syndication strategies using Salsify and other PIMs.
• Own processes and protocol for retail channel mapping, content readiness, and workflows ensuring the content is accurate and meets retailer requirements while managing publication calendars.
• Manage and benchmark content performance metrics, providing reports and optimization recommendations.
• Partner and collaborate with Advanced Technical Services team.
• Supervise and support team members’ development for the future benefit of the company.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Technology, eCommerce, or Sales Operations with a minimum of 3 years of direct people management preferred.
• Proven track record in supervising and fostering the growth and skills of direct reports.
• Experience with retailer systems/portals and PIMs (Salsify, Syndigo, Item360, and Vendor Central) to manage multiple channels.
• Strong proficiency in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
• Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems, SAP or GDSN preferred.
• Knowledge of retailer eCommerce and digital shelf requirements and guidelines preferred.
• Previous experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, especially at a large organization or agency, is advantageous.
• Proficient in clear and persuasive written and verbal communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
