The Opportunity

The company seeks a Vice President of Performance Marketing / Demand Generation to design, implement, and scale a high-impact, ROI-driven demand strategy. This leadership role offers the chance to build from a strong foundation while scaling for long-term success. The individual in this role will shape strategy, drive execution, and build a high-performing team in a rapidly expanding SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives predictable revenue growth.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Establish scalable programs focused on SaaS-based recurring revenue models.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a best-in-class demand generation team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Analytics to align goals and maximize business impact.
  • Metrics-Driven Growth: Own key performance indicators, including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ARR growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-12+ years leading demand generation for SaaS or recurring revenue businesses, ideally scaling from at least $200MM+ ARR toward $500M+.
  • Start-up mindset or prior experience: you’re the one who rolls your sleeves up, builds the processes and the teams to scale
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex, multi-channel demand generation programs.
  • Proven Impact: A track record of driving significant revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Leadership Excellence: Ability to attract, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
