Alexandra Grandes

Alexandra Grandes joins BrainWorks as an Account Manager with the Cybersecurity & Financial Technology team after a 12-year career. Alexandra previously worked at Facebook and Amazon as a top performer in her divisions, building mission critical software and engineering teams during hyper growth periods in these companies. Previously, she had a 7-year career at a national technology recruiting firm consistently receiving top performance honors.  Alexandra’s background as both an internal and external partner in the technology sector has given her valuable experience to anticipate a client’s challenges, needs and business goals.

Alexandra has always taken a partnership approach to serving her clients’ immediate and long-term goals. Her natural sense of urgency, attention to detail and drive to deliver for her clients has been her pillars to a successful and honest career forging long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.

Alexandra lives in beautiful wine country Santa Barbara with her husband, 2-year-old son, and growing collection of farm animals. She has a lifelong passion as a competitive equestrian show jumper and has competed all over the US.
