Ashley Peretick supports the BrainWorks Sales and Marketing Practice as a Senior Account Manager. In her 10 years of recruitment experience, she has accumulated expertise in both candidate engagement and key account management, spanning across functionalities and industries.

Ashley leads with an impressive sense of urgency and commitment to the client. Focused on building trust and genuine relationships though direct and honest communication, integrity, quick results and true partnership. She creates a space for integration and regular involvement to be aligned as an additional arm to the client’s process while offering guidance, support and solutions for optimal results. That includes the passion in creating a platform for ongoing candidate relationships and identifying an ideal match to cultivate a longstanding candidate relationship and a satisfied client.

Ashley was born about 40 miles North of Chicago, IL and recently relocated to Southeast, WI with her six boys and 2 dogs. Her favorite season is baseball season while supporting her sons in their travel baseball endeavors. In her spare time, she enjoys specialty baking, party planning and creating dessert tables.
