Dee Baker

Dee joined BrainWorks in April 2023 with more than 13 years of experience managing a large retail franchise, supporting financial, personnel, strategy and leadership resulting in strong growth throughout her tenure.  She also has provided ownership support in a variety of industries.  She looks forward to bringing her experience and capabilities into the world of executive recruiting.

Dee was born and raised in New Jersey and currently resides in the Garden State. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys being active outdoors and cooking. Dee values her home life including being both a great mom to her son and her dog.
