He has successfully worked with hundreds of clients ranging from fortune 500 to small size companies. Placing over a thousand candidates in his tenure.
Specialized in Cybersecurity and Information Technology, as he spent the last 8 years helping lead the growth of a Cybersecurity Staffing Firm from 3 people to over 30.
He has been a constant top producer for his past companies. Reaching Presidents Club and being overall top performer on multiple occasions.
He is an Aerotek Alumni who was born and raised in Lima, Peru. Juan migrated to the United States at the age of 8 which makes him fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Juan played collegiate Soccer on a full scholarship at the Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he then went on to play professionally.
His passion and expertise now are in Staffing Cybersecurity & Technology professionals while helping companies/clients build a successful team. He prides himself on his work ethic, and constant results.
When not working, you can find him on a beach, at a pool, or on a soccer field with his greatest accomplishment, his 4-year-old son.
