Leah Berrong joins BrainWorks as the Senior Account Manager – Consumer Products and Operations & Supply Chain with over 10 years of recruiting experience. In her last position at ProcureAbility, Principal Recruiter, she was a top producer for the company specializing in building out new procurement teams for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to recruiting she had successful engagements in the Medical Device, Telecommunications and Financial Services industries in both Sales and Management.

Her industry experience spans CPG, Food and Beverage, Pharma /Biotech, Financial Services, Entertainment, Insurance and Staffing. A few of her successful placements have ranged from CPO, Procurement Director, Sr. Category Manager, Contract Manager and Strategic Sourcing Manager.  Leah has a consultative and personalized approach with the ability to quickly establish trust with clients and candidates.  Her top focus is understanding client’s needs and business goals and matching those with a candidate’s personal and professional goals.  She brings transparency, integrity, and honesty from the start of the search, through placement and beyond, ensuring long-term success for candidates and clients.

Leah lives in the Orlando, FL area with her husband, 2 children, and a playful Goldendoodle named Largo. She loves to travel including staycations, especially when it includes water activities such as snorkeling, boating, and fishing. As a former cheerleader and runner, she enjoys cheering her kids on in these sports.   She proudly graduated from The University of Central Florida and is a football season ticket holder.  Go Knights!
